Prof.Dr. Hao Hua (华好)

Hao Hua is an Associate Professor in Architecture at Southeast University. He received Dr.sc. degree from ETH Zürich. His research focuses on computational design and digital fabrication. He received Young CAADRIA Award and ALGODeQ Vanguard Prize. The javaKUKA.org project was initiated by him in 2016 for robotic programming. His works were exhibited in International Exhibition on Architectural Algorithms & Applications (Nanjing 2016) and in China International Robot Show (CIROS 2018). His Generative Art: Introduction to Graphics Programming with Processing was published in 2021.

华好，东南大学副教授，博导，师从瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院Ludger Hovestadt教授获科学博士学位，2014年至今任职东南大学建筑学院，研究方向为运算化设计与数字建造。担任《Frontiers of Architectural Research》编委，中国建筑学会计算性设计学术委员会委员，2016年在国内建筑学院率先开设“机器人建造”本科课程，指导《应力导向的3D打印楼盖系统》获江苏省高校优秀本科毕业论文一等奖，参与组建国内首个“智能设计与先进建造”研究生专业方向，开设“运算化设计与数控建造”研究生课程。华好获CAADRIA青年奖、ALGODeQ算法设计奖，发布javakuka.org机器人离线编程库，参展2016年“建造·运算·应用”国际展览，代表东南大学参展2018年中国国际机器人展览会；出版专著《生成艺术：Processing视觉创意入门》，主持数字设计与建造方向的国家自然科学基金面上项目《基于建构学与数字建造技术的混凝土结构单元优化设计研究》、青年项目《不规则材料的数控加工与实时三维扫描在建筑设计中的应用》，参与重点项目《数字建筑设计理论与方法》；发表论文20余篇，获授权国家发明专利4件。
